The Patriotic Pig Roast

The annual Patriotic Pig Roast has become a Fourth of July tradition in Arroyo Seco, New Mexico. The roast is hosted by Sabroso Restaurant in this small quirky town and it is one of the restaurants most important events and a significant part of the town's 4th of July festivities.
